My new friend--Anothy
Today, I am very delighted to have a conversation to Anothy Liu in her rent house this semester. She lives with her friends there and this is the first year she comes to Tainan. Anothy was born in Kaohsiung but she had stayed in many different places like Taipei and Changhua before. It is good because it can see many different things in this world.

Anothy likes classical music, art and books, which is different from me. I will fall asleep soon when I listen to classical music. Anothy is a special girl because she likes to bring heavy books such as an encyclopedia. Sometimes she likes going out, but sometimes she likes being alone. I think there is a contradiction in her. Her hobby is reading. Therefore, she has many books in her room. The book she loves most is "Pride and prejudice." Besides, her favorite food is spaghetti and banana. She also likes mummies and black color. In the future, she wants to be a publicist or an oral interpreter.

In my opinion, she is a special and outgoing girl. After this interview, I know that her background knowledge is wide and we can talk a lot from music to books. We can go out together to a bookstore, eat spaghetti, and go to the library in STUT. I never know she has many interests, and I found out we have some familiar interests after this lovely conversation. I hope some day if she really becomes a rich girl, I want to be one of her employees.

How to make a dish- fried rice

Desire to make fried rice has been rolling around my head because I love to eat. Fried rice is a traditional food of Chinese people. It is not easy to cook; therefore, we have to cook it gradually and carefully. We must prepare all the ingredients organized before start.
First, put the oil into the wok and let it heat about 30 seconds to one minute. Next, throw in the garlic and gingers, stir-fry for 1 minute then add the cooked rice. Third, stir and toss for about 3 minutes, then add (one minute apart) the bamboo shoots, snow peas, bean sprouts, and scallions or whatever you like. After this, stir-fry for about 2 minutes after the scallions. Fifth, add the soy sauce and vinegar, stir to mix, sprinkle with white pepper (about 1/4 teaspoon or depends on the taste). Finally, the dish is ready to serve!

First, the wheat is harvested from the field. Second, the wheat grain is transported to the silos and stored in it. Next the grain is cooked to soften it. Then, it is cut and formed into thin strips. After this, these are woven into biscuits. Next each biscuit is baked until brown. Finally, it is packed ready to be eaten.
