Fearless and dislike may make students feel anxiety to standing in front of audiences. Cooperative games of fearless public speaking give three perfect games to help them overcome fear. For the purpose of those games, they will have a conscious of being belonging because of cooperation. The three games are “I like neighbors who…”, “Birthday line”, and “who likes what?” By those activities, students could get to know each other quickly and have opportunities to speak.

My Winter Vacation

Our final exam was finally done and our happy winter vacation is coming. Of all the holidays I like the winter vacation the most because it consists of Chinese New Year and the weather is cool.

In this winter vacation, I neither had a part time job nor went out to play. I usually stayed home, helped my mother with some housework, read some books, and watched TV. Except for these daily routine, there was a special and unforgettble thing in my vacation.

One day I felt boring in my home. My younger sister, brother and I went out with our dog which name is pi pi. We rode a motorcycle but pi pi ran on foot. At the beginning, we just wanted to make pi pi take more exercise so we let him run all the way. Afterward he jumped to my motorcycle and stopped running. We did not think too much at that time. We thought maybe he was tired. After we came back home, we were aware of that pi pi’s forefoot was injured. No wonder he did not want to run but we did not discover. We let him run all the time. What a poor dog it was. Now Pi Pi has recovered from the wound.

On this Chinese New Year we ate family reunion dinner in the eve of Chinese New Year and I got many red envelopes. I also went to Taipei Zoo and Ba-Gua Shan with my family and my boyfriend. W has not gone out together for a long time. Therefore, I was very delighted.The happy winter vacation is ended up with Chinese New Year. Although the vacation is short, I feel very good. Maybe my winter vacation sometimes is not interesting but I am leading an easy life.

TV program- The Apprentice

There are many different TV programs nowadays. One of the programs I like most is “The Apprentice.” This program contains many professional areas and items such as marketing strategies which worth seeing.

Through this TV program which was made by Mr. Trump. We could also see both the ugly and beautiful part of human being. We not only observed the candidates accomplish every task but also saw the losers how to defend themselves in the board room. This program generally shows the reality of the society. You have to think about what is the main goal of every task. In the competing process, no matter how awful you did or how bad your interpersonal relationship was, once you won the task, nobody would care about your mistakes. On the other hand, your mistakes would be magnified and attacked by your partners if you failed.

Everyone has his professional skills and sometimes you have to trust your team members. Everyone works together on a project and does their own different jobs in the same time. It is called an effective team work. When you express your own opinions, don’t forget to listen to others. In my opinion, The Apprentice attracts many people because it represents the American Dream. Everyone has chances to succeed if they have abilities.
