Nowadays, supermarket stores have been increasing rapidly but grocery stores are decreasing. The major differences between supermarket stores and grocery stores are prices, service, and food.

There are many supermarkets and grocery stores in Taiwan now. In order to attract more and more customers, the lower and lower prices are in supermarkets such as Carrefour and Geant. They hold a point that lower prices do not refer to the bad quality. On the other hand, prices in grocery stores are higher. Two different styles of shopping places want to compete with each other even surpass each one of them.

However, grocery stores provide better service quality than supermarket stores. As we know, clerks in grocery stores are fewer than supermarket stores. For example, just like 7-11 and Hi-Life. They are 24 hours convenience stores. When we need a help, they solve our problem quickly in convenience stores. On contrary, there are many staffs in big supermarket stores. It is hard to satisfy our needs rapidly. In addition, staffs in groceries are friendliness and kindness than supermarkets.

There are varieties of foods and products in supermarkets but in grocery stores are few. Foods in supermarkets are fresher but convenient stores are not. For example, sandwiches and dumplings which we must use Microwave to warm it. We have many choices on food in supermarkets such as fresh lunch and bread. However, groceries are few.

There are many advantages and disadvantages no matter in supermarket stores or grocery stores. It depends on your needs to choose each one of them. In my opinion, prices are important to me. Therefore, supermarket stores are better than grocery stores.

Types of My Friends

I have many friends in my life. I would like to categorize my friends into three groups here. They are Say hello friends, Common friend and Close friends.

Say hello friends mean the relationship with you is not very good. We are not really friends. We are just nodding acquaintance. Things we talk about are the surface. We might have a short conversation. For example,” How is it going?” “Have you eaten?” “You look nice with this dress.” You may talk to them only when you need them. For example, one of my friends is president in one college. My daughter wants to transfer into this school. Then, I may call him/her to discuss.

Common friends refer to those can share opinions happily with. But we sometimes end up with tears. I open our mind to talk to the friends of this kind and considerate to. I can feel that I am accepted and totally understood by them. I feel that life is not lonely anymore from now on. I can distinguish who is our truly friend or not. For instance, sometimes I try to ask for help but they don’t want to give me a hand. When I am in shortage of money, they will refuse to lend money to us directly. However, true friends will lend me some and maybe not. But they will not refuse me directly. Nevertheless, I like to invite them to my living room to chat recently. Our topics can be economics, news, entertainment, politics or lottery.

The third types of friends are close friends who are my best friends and I am familiar and intimate with. I can share with and talk a lot to them. No matter how I feel sadness or happiness. I’ve got two friends. They are Chai Di and Mi mi. We are elementary school friends and we stay in touch till now. Sometimes I will bump into them surprisingly the get along happily. They rush in my heart and know this place is not blank and they impact me a lot. They give me a hand properly when I am in trouble. Close friends occupied a large space in our mind. They will help me and also record my colorful life.

I love my friends. Friends are my treasure in my lifetime. Sharing everything with them is delighted, especially close friends. Actually, I don’t like to categorize my friends because it may hurt my friends indirectly.

We want to borrow some money from them. Sometimes they will refuse directly. However, true friends maybe will lend us some and maybe not. But they will not refuse us directly. In my opinion, close friends are my best friends. This type of friends refers to those who we are familiar and intimate with. We can share with and talk a lot to them. No matter sadness or happiness. You may not keep along with them always. Indeed, they will accompany with you when you need them. This type of friends probably some will be local people but some will be foreigners. For instance, when we are in bedroom, friends are just like lamps. Some will light a traditional and general lamp and then everything is well-behaved. We can turn off the light to dream. We wave ourselves respective dream. However, some will light an import lamp then everything is full of interesting. They give us different thoughts and share together. When someone knows how to use the light, she/he is your partner. But if someone doesn’t, she/he is your trip. Probably some one will come and moisture your heart but maybe somebody will hurt you. Someone who rushes in your heart will know this place is not blank. Close friends occupied a large space in our mind. It is full of “ever.” “Ever” will help you and also record your colorful life.

I love my friends. Friends are my treasure in my lifetime. Sharing everything with them is delighted, particular close friends. Actually, I don’t like to categorize my friends because it may hurt my friends indirectly. However, take care of friends should be our responsibility. We rely on friends when we are away from home.
