How to make a dish- fried rice

Desire to make fried rice has been rolling around my head because I love to eat. Fried rice is a traditional food of Chinese people. It is not easy to cook; therefore, we have to cook it gradually and carefully. We must prepare all the ingredients organized before start.
First, put the oil into the wok and let it heat about 30 seconds to one minute. Next, throw in the garlic and gingers, stir-fry for 1 minute then add the cooked rice. Third, stir and toss for about 3 minutes, then add (one minute apart) the bamboo shoots, snow peas, bean sprouts, and scallions or whatever you like. After this, stir-fry for about 2 minutes after the scallions. Fifth, add the soy sauce and vinegar, stir to mix, sprinkle with white pepper (about 1/4 teaspoon or depends on the taste). Finally, the dish is ready to serve!
